Water Dog Yoga
Go with the flow... SUP Yoga is an amazing way to combine the natural serenity of yoga and water in one practice. On the calm waters of Swift Creek Reservoir or James River, we will teach you traditional yoga poses on a stand up paddle board that will help strengthen, tone and stretch while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. SUP Yoga is great for your mind and body. Join the fun!

Paddle Fitness
If you love paddle boarding and want to use your skills to get a great workout, try a Paddle Fitness class. The act of balancing while paddling and performing exercises (like squats!) on your board helps train the body in a fun, new and effective way. Paddle fit will add a new dimension to your exercise routine and just might create a whole new sport to challenge you. Whatever your fitness or adventure goals - the changing scenery and conditions will keep you motivated and in the moment!
- Beginner paddle lesson or some paddling experience required

SuperSUP Sprint Classes
We will offer clinics in such areas as the most efficient forward stroke, and techniques to increase stamina and reduce injury. Come learn advanced paddling techniques like the Tahitian. Hey gals - more and more women of all ages are competing and winning races - come join us!
